Returns and Refunds Policy
Because many products are industrial raw materials, returns must be reviewed before approval. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return window
Customers should contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery for damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. Approved returns should normally be shipped back within 14 calendar days after approval.
Eligible returns
- Wrong item shipped.
- Materially different product from the confirmed order or quotation.
- Transit damage reported with photos, packaging evidence and carrier documentation.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used, processed, mixed, contaminated, custom-sourced, bulk, sample-confirmed or buyer-specified materials may be non-returnable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Bank, card network, PayPal or wallet processing times may vary. Shipping, customs duties, taxes and payment fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
